Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Working 1:1 from my personal studio takes away the anxiety some people have about going to a busy gym. I can help you build confidence and ensure you are lifting weights correctly so that you don't injure yourself.
PT sessions will be tailored to your goals and are bespoke. However, it is likely we will focus on weighted compound exercises that work the whole body. You will complete pulling, pushing and lifting exercises to work the upper body and legs.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! I will support you on your fitness journey and keep you accountable. I can also provide support with nutrition as appropriate.
