Hi, I'm Michelle, I am the owner and coach at Woodham Fitness. I am also a mum and wife, we also we have 2 cats and a dog, so I am kept very busy, but I like it that way!
I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Hatton Boxing for Fitness Instructor.
I am very lucky to enjoy my job, all my clients are fantastic and I love supporting them to achieve their goals. Although I train a variety of people, I have the most experience of working with women aged between 35 and 65.
